British Music Experience: Visitor Experience & Ticketing Supervisor

Reporting directly to the venue’s Visitor Experience & Ticketing Manger, this post will be responsible for the supervision of all front of house and venue operations. As well as ensuring the highest possible standards of customer service is being delivered across the experience at all times. The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience within a customer facing role and can demonstrate a passion for exceeding their customers expectations.
