Job Title: Administrator

Salary: £14138 (Pro Rata) £6240 (Actual)

Hours:  Part Time 16 hours per week.  (4 Mornings Monday – Thursday)

Contract: Fixed term 12 month contract with the potential to make permanent

Responsible to: Executive Director


Burnley Youth Theatre is looking for an experienced and reliable Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of the youth theatre by carrying out a variety of administrative duties. Tasks include; filing, tracking attendance, maintaining databases, and supporting admin of our fundraising schemes.  Administrator will also work on the front desk when needed, dealing with customers, selling tickets and refreshments. As this role will be a key holder, the applicant must be aged 18+.

We are looking for an adult with excellent people skills, who is well organised in keeping systems, and has a hard working attitude. You will need to work on your own initiative, as well as be able to follow clear instructions and complete tasks given to you in a timely manner. This role requires strong administrative skills and the successful candidate must have at least 3 years experience in an office, or customer facing environment.
