The British and International Federation of Festivals for Music, Dance and Speech (BIFF) is a registered charity and we are proud to have Her Majesty the Queen as our Patron.  Through our member festivals, we help to create millions of performance opportunities for children, young people and adults across the UK and abroad.

Our head office is based in Macclesfield, Cheshire and we are currently in an exciting period of development as we are about to launch our new website and branding. We want to increase our reach, grow our membership community and support even more performances each year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrative & Marketing Officer to join our small, friendly team.  This varied role will include responding to phone and email enquiries, processing membership applications and renewals, updating our website and database, promoting our work on our website and social media channels, and assisting in the delivery of Federation events.

Our ideal candidate would be a confident and organised self-starter who enjoys working with people. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) is essential and as is experiencing of working with web content and social media in a marketing capacity.

The role is part-time (30 hours per week) with a salary of £21,000-22,500 pro rata DOE and is based in Macclesfield in Cheshire.
