The Coro is a historic entertainment and community venue, now managed as a social enterprise and registered charity. We have a vision that people of all ages and backgrounds love and value the Coro as a place of variety, creativity and inclusivity. Showcasing world class touring performances alongside a huge number of home-grown artists and locally produced festivals, shows, activities and events, we encourage and inspire people to engage in quality and accessible music, art, theatre, comedy and events.
The Head of Programming and Events will lead on the development and delivery of a programming and events strategy that: creates a diverse, high-quality and accessible programme of music, theatre, comedy and talks; balances the community, cultural and commercial elements of the hall’s programming; increases revenue through both generated income and charitable grants; champions local producers, promoters and festivals and; improves promoter and performer experience.

This is a new and exciting role that will contribute to the development of the Coro significantly.
