.\n\n“The process of putting a picture together and the ethos of good dr
aftsmanship is the linchpin between my painting and printmaking. My work i
s colourful and structured moving from tightly figurative to symbolic/icon
ographic work. In print I prefer linocut\, its strong\, flat colour and it
s physical mark-making suit my working methods and is a good partner to my
painting. I like how its graphic appearance seems immediate but can actua
lly take many days of work to produce.”\n\nGallery One\, The World of Gl
