SUMMARY:Future Yard: Wirral Met Level 5 Illustration with Animation Exhibit
 ion Launch
DESCRIPTION:No booking required.\n\nAs part of Art After Dark\, Wirral Met
students Cady Davies\, Cerys Firth and Atlas Struve will be sharing their
current projects including screening animations and installing a character
design art piece on the front of Future Yard's iconic windows. The charac
ters created by Atlas reflect the diverse people that can be found at the
music venue and who make Birkenhead so colourful and creative.\n\nThe tri
o spoke about their exhibition: \n\nAs part of Art After Dark\, we’re
excited to share a selection of our work as three second-year Illustra
tion with Animation students.  \n\nThis exhibition brings together proje
cts we’ve been developing\, from character design to short\, animated
pieces and visual storytelling. Our practices move between still and movin
g images\, combining traditional methods with digital animation to explore
how stories exist both on screen and on the page.  \n\nThis show is a s
napshot of where we are right now\, experimenting\, exploring and refini
ng our skills and styles\, pushing our ideas further. Each of us approach
narrative and image making differently\, but together our work reflects ou
r shared interest and passion for our craft.
