DESCRIPTION:After huge demand\, we’re delighted that the Sunday Serenades
  are returning for 2023!\n\nComprising of members of the Royal Liverpool P
 hilharmonic Orchestra\, their programme will cover the string quartet repe
 rtoire through the centuries. Whether you’re a seasoned Serenader or a f
 resh new listener who’s never heard the warm sound of a live string quar
 tet\, there’ll be something for the inquisitive ear.\n\nMusic by Mozart\
 , Haydn\, Beethoven\, Mendelssohn\, Ravel and Duke Ellington\, as well as 
 some tantalising surprises\, will all be on offer. All persuasively presen
 ted by the ensemble’s cellist\, Gethyn Jones.\n\nInformation:\n\nThe Sun
 day Serenades performances start at 2pm.\nThe Williamson Cafe will be open
  from 12pm for food and drinks\, so you can come and enjoy some lunch and 
 refreshments before the performance.\nThere’s no need to book\, just com
 e along!\nThe Serenades are only possible with your support. Your donation
 s on the day will go towards ensuring their viability\, and allow us to pl
 an an even bigger programme in 2024!
