Based upon the philosophy of “Ubuntu” – a South African term which means that we are stronger as a collective, and share a common humanity.
Leanne is a mural artist and illustrator who aims to create positive, uplifting art.
She is particularly interested in creating art that starts conversations and celebrates people as individuals.
Using bold patterns and colour, Leanne hopes to bring joy into public spaces through her work.
Commissioned as part of Warrington Arts Festival with support from Warrington BID, Leanne’s work will bring colour to Central Station railway arches, animating this empty space, welcoming visitors to our town.
