 eaking call for climate justice drawing on opera\, dance\, spoken word\, i
 mmersive sound and film. \n\nThis isn’t a story about plastic straws or
  bags for life\, this is the tale of how we got to here\, this is what the
  dog said to the harvest. \n\nTracing 400 years across multiple narrative
 s\, we confront the era of human displacement.  \n\nCombining the immedi
 acy of live performance and the intimacy of installation\, what the dog sa
 id to the harvest is an invitation to solidarity\; highlighting the ripple
  effect of Western-centric behaviours on silenced communities\, and drawin
 g on stories from across the UK\, Lebanon and Syria. \n\nlisa luxx weave
 s poetry\, fiction and memoir alongside critiques of Europe’s foundation
 al philosophies. The inclusion of verbatim illustrates how climate crisis 
 has long since arrived for Middle Eastern communities and the Global South
 \, and leaves us asking how we can build towards a more progressive future
  across borders.  \n\njasmin kent rodgman’s installation and score bl
 ends sound art\, contemporary x electronic music featuring field recording
 s\, vocals\, electric guitar\, synths and percussion\, experienced via liv
 e performance and 360° surround sound. \n\nCo-commissioned by Shubbak Fe
 stival and the Bagri Foundation. \n\nPresented in association with Shubba
