 o is awarded the 2015 Visible Award.\n\nThe curators of the Visible Projec
 t\, Matteo Lucchetti and Judith Wielander\, Tate Liverpool’s Artistic Di
 rector\, Francesco Manacorda with the advocate Dr Andrea Philipps and memb
 ers of the jury will lead an open public debate in the Council Chamber in 
 Liverpool Town Hall - a perfect setting for a public ‘parliamentary’ d
 ebate and then cast your vote!\n\nThe prize of 25\,000 euros will be award
 ed at the end of the debate and the session will end with a video call wit
 h the winner.\n\nThe Visible Award will be hosted by Tate Liverpool in 201
 5. Visible is the first European award for socially engaged artistic pract
 ice\, celebrating art projects that work with people in the social sphere 
 across the world. From Monday 26 October\, for the week leading up to the 
 public jury session\, Tate Liverpool will host a free display of the nine 
 shortlisted projects\, each represented by a video in the foyer.\n\nThe sh
 ortlisted projects are:\nAbounaddara by Abounaddara Collective (Syria)\, C
 onflict Kitchen by Dawn Weleski and Jon Rubin (USA)\, Cinema Everywhere by
  Waguih El laqany (Egypt)\, Ecoart Uganda by Ruganzu Bruno Tusingwire (Uga

 t by Jonas Staal (The Netherlands)\, Salt by Karrabing Film Collective (Au
 stralia)\, Mujawara / The Tree School by Campus in Camps and Contrafilé (
 Palestine-Brasil)\, White Paper: The Law / Convention On the Use of Space 
 by Adelita Husni Bey (The Netherlands).\n\nIn partnership with Collaborati
