ing up\, something shared with a child\, or simply whatever you can manage
when you're tired. For many people\, it is also one of the first foods of
fered after giving birth in hospital.\n\nIn this workshop\, toast becomes
a starting point for conversations about care. Together\, we'll make\, pla
y\, eat toast and share stories of birth\, motherhood and family life\, an
d reflect on what helps mothers and carers feel nourished and supported.\n
\nChildren are very much part of the workshop. They can eat\, make\, play\
, draw and contribute in ways that suit different ages.\n\nSessions will r

o arrive at any time during your chosen session and stay for as long as yo
 u like.\n\nFree. Booking required.\n\nRefreshments provided.
