 n\n\n\n\nExploring the lives of young carers\n\n\n\n\nJoin Wired Young Ca
 rers on a journey that uncovers the challenges\, emotional struggles\, ex
 periences and what is important to people who live their young lives as a 
 carer. Encounter drawings\, photography\, poetry and film showcasing the l
 ived experiences that provide an insight into the life of a young carer.\n
 \nTuesday 28 January\, 13.00 and 15.00\nThursday 30 January and Saturday 1
  February\, 11.00\, 13.00\, 15.00\nWhat is a Young Carer? What does a Youn
 g Carer look like? What do they do?\nThis session will help you to identif
 y young carers\, to identify what support is available locally and how the
  Care Act and Family Act supports Young Carers.\n\nWednesday 29 January\, 
 Friday 31 January and Sunday 2 February\, 11.00\, 13.00\, 15.00\nMental Fi
 tness and Support session\nView case studies and discuss the impact of car
 ing on Young Carers. How it may affects their confidence\, self-esteem and
  mental fitness.\n\nNational Young Carers Day is on the 30 January 2020.\
 n\nWired Young Carers (Warrington) are all aged 18 and under. They care fo
 r family members or friends who have a disability\, addiction\, mental hea
 lth condition or illness 24/7. National Statics (2011) indicate that 1 in 
 5 of High School aged children is a Young Carer.\n\nWith thanks to Newton 
 and District Rotary Club for funding the Tate Exchange Presentation\, Stef
  Griffiths from Youth Voice Warrington Voluntary Action for supporting the
  project\, Darren Jeffries from Ludivico production company for volunteeri
 ng his time to produce the film and most importantly Wired Young Carers fo
 r the honest\, brave\, inspiring\, insight into their lives.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
