 n us for a 4-week printmaking course inspired by the expressive landscapes
  of JMW Turner\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTaking inspiration from the work in JMW Turne
 r with Lamin Fofana: Dark Waters\, printmaker Colette Whittington will hel
 p you to develop your own bespoke print. You'll learn and experiment with 
 monoprinting and will explore drawing and mark-making in mixed media focus
 ing on the subject of the landscape. You'll draw a design\, paint or stenc
 il onto a perspex plate and transfer it to paper by hand and press methods
 .\nThis course is designed to be a relaxed and fun introduction to painter
 ly monoprint\, inspired by the exciting works exhibited. No previous print
  experience is necessary. All skill levels are welcome.\nABOUT COLETTE WHI
 TTINGTON\nColette Whittington is a Liverpool based artist/ educator specia
 lising in printmaking. She has been working and leading on Art Foundation 
 Courses in the North West for over 20 years. Colette delivers workshops an
 d Arts Council projects. As well as lecturing part-time at Wigan and Leigh
  College\, she is working with Lime Arts as an artist in residence at Manc
