DESCRIPTION:ADULT EVENTS PROGRAMME\n\nVisitors are invited to take part in 
 Tate Liverpool’s adult events programme with a variety of talks\, worksh
 ops\, discussions and courses on offer. These events are programmed in par
 allel with the current special exhibitions and collection displays at Tate

 join free daily talks to get an introduction to key artworks on display at
  Tate Liverpool. These talks are designed for individuals and small groups
  and visitors are advised to look out for signs in the gallery for times.

 ’s greatest modern painters. These tours are designed for individuals an

 l screening of animated films made in the 1970s by Maria Lassnig when she 
 was part of Women/Artist/Filmmakers\, Inc. in New York. The screening will
  take place at Small Cinema Liverpool\, and the films will explore the the
 mes of female representation\, perception and the body’s relationship wi
 th machines. Following the screening will be a discussion between Dr James
  Boaden\, Lecturer in History of Art at the University of York\, author of
  the essay The Optical Age? Maria Lassnig and American Experimental Film f
 rom the exhibition catalogue\, and Sally Tallant\, Liverpool Biennial Dire
