 Y\n5–11 NOVEMBER 2018\n\n\nJoin Proud and Loud Arts in Tate Exchange as 
 we bring their performance work to Liverpool for the first time\n\n\n\n\nT
 his work is presented as part of the critically acclaimed disability and d
 eaf arts festival\, DaDaFest\, International which will take place in Nove
 mber 2018.\n\nCells - a body of work is a collection of live art installa
 tions created in response to a Manchester Evening News report published in
  October 2015 that described a 140% rise in reported hate crime incidents 
 against people with disabilities. This witty yet challenging artwork offer
 s a thought provoking and creative glimpse into the extraordinary and expl
 ores the stigma often attached to those who dare to be different.\n\nAffir
 mations is a live art installation with 10 performers that questions\, 
 ‘how should we wear our identity for the world see us as beautiful\, str
 ong and courageous human beings?’.\n\nThroughout DaDaFest International\
 , there will be a series of free public talks in Tate Exchange featuring P
 roud and Loud artists\, North West Higher Education partners and DaDaFest 
 International artists. Talks will focus on key issues including the effect
 s of austerity\, access to training\, development and employment opportuni
