pact of secondary trauma and resilience in the caring professions through
expressive arts\n\n\n\n\n\n\nExpressive arts can facilitate a deep process

d from the traumatic experience. This is a specialist course\, delivered b
y Sandy D’Silva\, aimed at care professionals working in a range of sett
ings and will explore the impact of secondary trauma\, which is when a per

litate growth and healing. It will provide a chance to connect with others
\, reduce isolation and gain a shared knowledge. It will take place over t
wo days. Sessions will comprise gallery-based exercises\, group discussion
s and practical art making activities. There will be a half-day follow-up
session\, where participants will be asked to reflect on the process.\n\n\
