SUMMARY:: Ship and Mitre: Liverpool Artists' Network Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Wednesday 16th November at 6.30pm at the Ship and Mitre upstair
 s room. 133 Dale Street\, L2 2JH.  \n\nPlease let us know if you'd like
to present anything.  We'll email again soon with an idea of anything in
particular that we will speak about but basically it will be your average
LAN meeting with no frills. Here's some basic info:\n\nThe Liverpool Arti
sts’ Network meetings are there for you to meet other artists\, share id

going to the pub for a few after.  As an attendee you are invited to spea
k to the room.  Maybe you have an idea that you want to sound out\, or yo
u want to start a specific project and you need to recruit people to work
on it\, or you’re an established organisation with services to offer art
ists.\n\nWe want you to make something happen.\n\nWe would like you to get
in touch if you want to speak at the meeting\, or if you really want to s
hare something but you’re not the public speaking type\, we can speak on
your behalf\, if you bring the details to the meeting.  Anyone who is in
terested in your idea can then speak with you in a more informal way after
the presentations.\n\nPlease email liverpoolartnet@yahoo.co.uk  if you
would like to speak at the meeting\,\n\nHere are some topics that have bee
 n discussed before: Liverpool Biennial\, New projects\, Sharing resources\
 , Research\, Joint programming\, Group exhibitions\, Joint promotion.
