 rsary\n\nBook here\n\nAll welcome for the LOOK Photo Biennial 2019 launch 
 afterparty!\n\nWe'll be opening exhibitions across the city throughout the
  night\, and rounding it off with a free party at Constellations. It's the
  20th anniversary of Redeye\, the Photography Network\, so Open Eye Galler
 y and Redeye are teaming up to put on a party together. Head to Open Eye G
 allery from 6PM to launch a major new exhibition with us beforehand — al
 l welcome.\n\nThis isn’t just one for artists and photographers — it's
  open to everyone. We’ve got DJs (who may be familiar to the photography
  crowd)\, a live band\, and pop-up installations.\n\nThe full tour for the
  opening of LOOK Photo Biennial is:\n\n5.00pm – St George’s Hall (exhi
 bition: Peer to Peer I)\n6.00pm – Open Eye Gallery (exhibition: Peer to 
 Peer II &amp\; Fast Forward Women)\n7.45pm – The Gallery Liverpool (exhi
 bition: JUMP!)\n8:00pm - Doors open for the Redeye 20th anniversary party 
 &amp\; LOOK Photo Biennial afterparty at Constellations\, with speeches at
  8:30pm\n\nFocusing on exchange with China\, LOOK Photo Biennial 2019 uses
  the evolving language of photography to unlock international dialogue. LO
 OK sets out to reflect on shifting global identities\, worldwide environme
 ntal issues and how we can use images to communicate effectively: across b
 orders\, technologies and cultures. Following Chapter One: TRANSPLANT\, th
 e second and much more scaled-up chapter is based around two strands: TRAN
