 inding it challenging?\n\nDo you want to meet other people and learn from 
 their experiences?\n\nDo you like writing or would you like to try somethi
 ng new?\n\nIf so\, we want to hear from you….\n\nThe Holding Time projec
 t is now calling for participants for free writing workshops with BBC Radi
 o Producer and writer\, Rachel New at three locations across the North.\n\
 nOpen Eye Gallery Saturday 8th\, 15th\, 22nd October\n\nEach two-hour cre
 ative writing workshop\, women exchange stories of their birth and breastf
 eeding experiences\, and using prompts and examples will produce a short p
 iece of writing that can offer a fresh understanding of their journeys.\n\

 his project is part of an NHS led conversation about the creative health i
 nterventions for women and children as a driver of health\, wellbeing and 
 resilience.\n\nHolding Time is both a celebration of breastfeeding and an
  exploration of the challenges mothers experience in establishing and main
 taining breastfeeding. These issues may be physical\, mental\, environment
 al or cultural barriers. Working collaboratively with local mothers\, we a
 im to celebrate the diversity of breastfeeding whilst overturning stereoty
 pes\, challenging assumptions and encouraging greater understanding and aw
 areness in the whole community about the value of breastfeeding and its be
 nefits.\n\nThese workshops will run again in Manchester and Bradford – p
