DESCRIPTION:HOLDING TIME: MATERNAL WELLBEING FAIR\nSAT 8 OCT / 2–4PM / 
 ​​OPEN EYE GALLERY – ATRIUM SPACE\nFREE\, BOOK HERE\n\nJoin us for a
  free Maternal Wellbeing Fair\, inviting families to learn about help and 
 support\, as well as activities available in the area that can be accessed
  for free.\n\nImproving Me\, the Cheshire and Merseyside Women’s Health 
 and Maternity Partnership\, is delighted to be working with visual artist 
 Lisa Creagh and Open Eye Gallery to deliver a Maternal Wellbeing Fair to m
 ark the countdown to Baby Week on 14–20 November.\n\nLead artist\, Lisa 
 Creagh: “With a cost of living crisis close on the tails of a surge in m
 ental health challenges arising directly from lockdowns\, many families ar
 e experiencing high levels of anxiety and distress\, fuelled by increased 
 isolation resulting from the pandemic. This wellbeing event is an opportun
 ity to bring together people and services to seek to identify ways to impr
 ove wellbeing through collaborative working”\n\nLisa warmly invites fami
 lies to come and find out about the free and low cost activities as well a
 s help available. The afternoon will include demonstrations\, workshops\, 
 performances and much more! Bring your children and take part in storytime
 \, zumba or cookery workshops. It’s all free and it will be a lot of fun

 nd a fair chance for a healthy pregnancy and best start”\n\nThis event w
 ill accompany the exhibition\, An Ecology of Care at Open Eye Gallery\, 
 featuring Holding Time by artist Lisa Creagh which aims to overturn prec
 onceptions\, challenge stereotypes and improve breastfeeding rates in the 
 local area.
