 ber 21\, 2017\n\nBOOK HERE\n\nThe training day:  This masterclass is suit
 able for artists\, arts managers at all stages in their careers interested
  in learning anew or refreshing their thinking around arts and change. It 
 will cover all aspects of managing social impact arts projects: from conce
 ption\, through delivery to evaluation.\n\nBy the end of the day participa
 nts will have:\n\n 	an enhanced understanding of liberal and radical persp
 ectives on change and the ethics involved\n 	an enhanced understanding of 
 the potential social impacts to be derived from a high-quality participato
 ry arts process\n 	strategies for engaging those who are ‘difficult to r
 each’ in creative processes\n 	a clear understanding of how to embed a c
 hange agenda throughout the project cycle\n 	tools for measuring and evalu
 ating social impact\n 	strategies for advocating on behalf of the work\, a
 nd connecting into wider social policy objectives\n\nSave £10 per masterc

 ce-as-research initiative to explore if and how theatre had the potential 
 to contribute to social and political change.  Having established that it

 ally and internationally.  The company has published and presented widely
  on this topic\, most recently being commissioned to produce The Social Im
