DESCRIPTION:Would you like to learn a new\, addictive\, enjoyable and refre
 shing skill which has its roots in nature and ancient cultural traditions?

 ood burning)\, in a step by step\, easy to follow workshop\, which is suit
 able for beginners - no experience necessary!\n\nYou will be taught how to
  hold the pyrography tool safely and make a variety of marks on wood\, as 
 well as how to burn different shades to create tonal depth.\n\nYou will ge
 t to experiment with scale and composition\, by creating ...\n\na large wo
 oden slice pyrography design or wooden chopping board\n\nAND a coaster or 
 wooden spoon.\n\nThe design you create can be of anything you like - inspi
 ration images will be provided\, but feel free to bring along any imagery 
 you might like to take ideas from. Once your designs have been burnt into 
 the natural wood you will be shown how to seal your design with Danish oil

 r minimum age requirements to enter the event?\n\nAny child under 16 must 
 be accompanied by an adult and we operate a no under 10 policy.\n\nWhat ar
 e my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?\n\n
 On street parking is free but limited to 2 hours. Alternatively you can pa
 rk in our visitor car park. We have 2 parking spaces in the Make North Doc
 ks car park that will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Ple
 ase let us know if you require a blue badge holder and we can reserve your
  space. Public transport links are nearby\, and the venue is easily access
 ible on foot from Liverpool City Centre (see our website for more informat
 ion\, we're located at Make North Docks).\n\nHow accessible is the venue?\
 n\nThe workshop is located on the ground floor which provides full accessi
 bility to the premises including toilet provisions. We would advise wheelc
 hair users to contact the workshop provider on the sale of the ticket to a

 \nIf you find that you cannot attend then you are welcome to pass your pla
 ce on to a friend who may find it useful. Please let the organiser know if
  you need to do this.\n\nAlternatively tickets can be transferred to a fut
 ure event up to 7 days before the event.\n\nDo I have to bring my printed 
 ticket to the event?\n\nNo\, a register will be taken at the workshop\, it
  isn't necessary to print your ticket.\n\nWhat is the refund/cancellation 
 policy?\n\nRefunds will be offered in the event of the class being cancell
 ed - in this instance we will give as much notice as possible\, usually at
  least 5 days\, and offer alternative dates if appropriate.\n\nThis class 
 does have a minimum requirement of ticket sales to proceed\, so there is a
  possibility of it being cancelled\, but we will contact you five days bef
 ore if this is the case.\n\nIf for any reason you find you are unable to a
 ttend then please get in touch and a refund can be offered up to 7 days be
 fore the workshop.\n\nThis is because we pay our practitioners fair wages 
 for their work- giving refunds on last minute cancellations would mean tha
 t practitioners would not be paid for the preparation they have put into t
 heir classes.\n\n*Refunds will be given minus Eventbrite fees\, unless Mak
 e CIC cancel the class\, in which case a full refund will be given*\n\nThe
  name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
 \n\nPlease bring along a print out of your ticket if the registration does
  not match the attendee\, or contact hello@makecic.org to have them change
  the ticket so it contains your name.\n\nWhat can I bring into the event?\
 n\nYou don’t need to bring anything but yourself. All materials are prov
 ided.\n\nWe also have an onsite café serving tea\, coffee and delicious c
 akes and light lunches!
