  to woodwork class\, part of Make Liverpool’s woodwork programme for beg
 inners.\n\nA great way to hone your woodworking skills\, or to learn a new
  skill from scratch\, this four hour hands-on class will take you through 
 the different skills and techniques needed to create your own masterpieces
 .\n\nUsing recycled and reclaimed wood\, our workshop manager Mark Evans -
  who has ten years’ joinery experience under his toolbelt\, and a bachel
 or’s degree in fine art to go with it - will walk you through the steps 
 to crafting your very own wine rack.\n\nOne of the standout perks of our r
 ecent crowdfunding campaign\, the wine rack will be yours to take home at 
 the end of the class\, during which time you’ll learn how to measure and
  cut wood accurately\, and safely\; as well as sanding\, planing\, drillin
 g and sawing.\n\nYou will use\n\n 	Chop/ Mitre saw -Cut wood at various an
 gles\n 	Band saw - Rip through timber\n 	Jigsaw - Free form cuts\n 	Drill 
 driver - Pilot holes &amp\; fixing screws\n 	Pillar drill - bore vertical 
 holes\n 	Disc / Belt sander - Accurate\, powerful sanding\n 	Palm sander -
  Versitile sanding\n\nAnd the great thing about joining onto our introduct
 ion to woodwork class is\, once you’ve been inducted into the class and 
 introduced to all of our equipment here at Make Liverpool - you won’t ne
 ed to do it again. You’ll be a fully inducted member of Make Liverpool
 ’s workshop\, all you’ll need to do is become a member to continue to 
 use all our tools after the class. You can purchase a discounted membershi
 p on the day of the class\, and you’re good to go.\n\nJoin our class and
  build your confidence in using a range of woodworking tools and technique
