ed widely at arts venues in the city\, including Liverpool University\, th
e Bluecoat Display Centre\, and the Walker Art Gallery. She also made comm
issions for local churches\, schools\, public buildings and individual col
lectors.\n\nArts organisations in Liverpool have joined together through t
he Hope Carter Preston Foundation to commemorate Julia. You can discover h
er story and her art at the Walker\, the Bluecoat\, Victoria Gallery and M
useum\, Liverpool Hope University Creative Campus and Bluecoat Display cen
 tre until December 2026.
