  of new works and work-in-progress from North West artists\, VICCI RILEY w
 ill share Herring Girls\, a piece of contemporary dance theatre in develop
 ment. The work brings to life the stories\, images\, physical labour and c
 amaraderie of the herring girls\; women who travelled around the coast to 
 gut and salt the fish.\n\nBridging movement and voice\, Vicci has created 
 improvised scores for the performers to work together\, including light\, 
 sound\, visuals and objects to evoke broader themes of female interdepende
