DESCRIPTION:Liverpool Book Art is delighted to announce an exciting partner
 ship with Kirkby Gallery\, Knowsley\, showcasing Book Art.\n\nThe exhibiti
 on ‘CRAFTED’ opens at Kirkby Gallery on 30th October\, and runs until 
 23rd December. It has been co-curated by Kirkby Gallery and Liverpool Book
  Art\, and is a selling exhibition of works by a range of creatives\, incl
 uding several Book Artists (more details below).\n\nLiverpool Book Art is 
 complementing the main CRAFTED show with several Book Art initiatives.\n\n
  	An exclusive exhibition of book art on the ground floor of the Kirkby Ce
 ntre\, showing over 40 works by contemporary book artists. This will run f
 or the full duration of the CRAFTED show. These are all from Liverpool Boo
 k Art’s own collection\, not for sale!\n 	LBA’s latest Book Art Fair t
 akes place on Friday 3rd November (10.30-16.30)\, where you can meet a num
 ber of book artists\, and purchase works directly from them.\n 	Throughout
  the first week of the exhibitions (beginning Monday 30th October)\, which
  is also half term for local schools\, there will be a series of free book
  art workshops\, for both children and adults. Come along and learn how to
  make your own! Contact the gallery for more information.\n 	Reading copie
 s of artists books will be available\, for a much closer look\n\nThe CRAFT
 ED exhibition will showcase metalwork\, textiles\, fashion\, ceramics\, il
 lustration\, collage\, painting and book art from artists and makers inclu
 ding Becky Atherton\, Kelly Broughton\, Kate Bufton\, Hollie Cooper\, Juli
 e Dodd\, Harry Garner\, Heston Isle Press\, David Holmes\, Sue McLaren\, A
 li Pickard\, Catherine Rogers\, Julie Taylor\, Kate Tidmarsh\, Hilary Mart
 eau and the North West Book Art Group.\n\nAll the exhibitions and activiti
 es are free for the public.\n\nAll activities take place at the Kirkby Gal
