How does it f eel to finally breathe? To think clearly again? To experience all your sen ses?\n \nThis exhibition explores the feeling of rest\, joy and relief af ter an intense period of exploitation and emotions in my professional and personal life. After being burned out at work and becoming estranged from my family\, I went through an intense period of burnout\, grief and trauma . I had to relearn how to rest and enjoy life again. It was a time of filt ering out my life\, resetting my boundaries and re-establishing my values. The poetry\, collages\, photos and paintings capture this journey of heal ing\, finding balance\, and surrounding myself with peace. \;\n\nSo to my past and all that I left behind\, I have one last question: sorry\, di d you miss me?\n\n\n\nAbout the artist: Stephanie Trujillo\n ATTACH;FMTTYPE=image/jpeg:https://www.artinliverpool.com/wp-content/upload s/2023/06/C0D7DD61-5197-4F47-AF3A-699EDC02F9D9.png LOCATION:The Royal Standard\, Northern Lights\, Cains Brewery Village\, Gra fton Street\, Liverpool\, L8 5SD\, Liverpool\, United Kingdom GEO:53.392268;-2.978806 X-APPLE-STRUCTURED-LOCATION;VALUE=URI;X-ADDRESS=Northern Lights\, Cains Bre wery Village\, Grafton Street\, Liverpool\, L8 5SD\, Liverpool\, United Ki ngdom;X-APPLE-RADIUS=100;X-TITLE=The Royal Standard:geo:53.392268,-2.97880 6 END:VEVENT BEGIN:VTIMEZONE TZID:Europe/London X-LIC-LOCATION:Europe/London BEGIN:DAYLIGHT DTSTART:20230326T020000 TZOFFSETFROM:+0000 TZOFFSETTO:+0100 TZNAME:BST END:DAYLIGHT END:VTIMEZONE END:VCALENDAR
