SUMMARY:ABC L1: IB18: ABC L1: Nick Jones: The Great Dominions
DESCRIPTION:"The Great Dominions"\n\nMulti media work by Nick Jones\n\n21st
   September - 28th October\n\nPV Friday 21st September 6.00 - 9.00 pm\n\n
Nick Jones is an artist living and working in Liverpool. He has a BA (Hons
) in Fine Art and an MA in Art History and Theory. He has exhibited widely
and his works hang in private collections around the world. He makes pain
tings and collages inspired by the natural world\, its beauty\, its cruelt
y and mankind's rush to ruin it for everyone. Using materials such as maps
\, comic books and plain old paint on canvas\, Nick tries to make art that
is bright\, attractive\, and cheerfully morbid.
