 our tutor will provide exercises and tuition to help you improve your port
 rait drawing or help get you started. Suitable for beginners.\n\nWeekly Le

 ng\n3. Anatomy and structure\n4. The face from different angles\n5. Portra
 it from life\n6. Character\n7. Lighting and shading (planes of the face)\n
 8. Focus on the features\n9. Long portrait 1 from life - blocking in\n10.

 Kathy is trained in traditional techniques in drawing and sculpture which 
 she uses to create well-crafted artworks with a modern sensibility. She ha
 s lead classes and demonstrations in both disciplines for several years.\n

 L\n\nCost\n\n£160 for the 10 week course (full course must be booked in a
 dvance)\n\nIt is possible to split this cost into two payments of £80\, p
 lease call 0345 017 6660 for more details.\n\nMaterials\n\nPlease bring a 
 selection of pencils (H\, HB\, B as a starting point) and A3 paper (cartri
 dge paper or rag paper is best). Some basic materials will be provided.\n\
 nNotes\n\n 	There are a maximum of 15 places available on the course\, so 
 early booking is essential.\n 	To avoid a booking fee and pay by card\, ch
 eque or cash\, please contact dot-art Services directly on 0345 017 6660.\
 n\nCancellations / Refunds\n\nOnce you have made your course booking your 
 are committed to it. This is because our courses have very small student n
 umbers\, and often sell-out and are unavailable to others. Therefore any c
 ancellations may result in a place not being filled\, or a course not bein
 g able to run.\n\nCancellations are permitted up to 30 days before the sta
 rt of a course\, and a full refund will be issued. Refunds will not be mad
 e for cancellations less than 30 days before the start of a course. If you
  are unable to attend due to illness\, personal or professional commitment
