 tive Mental Health\nImprove your mental health and wellbeing through the e
 xploration of the world of letters\, text and illustrations:\n\n\n 	Try a 
 variety of hand written lettering techniques including cursive and 3D lett
 ering\n 	Develop illustrative skills\n 	Explore mediums\, using both text 
 and pictures to create a final piece of artwork\, which could be a poster\
 , illustrated passage or illuminated letter.\n\nThis course is suitable fo
 r beginners and is for adults aged 19+ with a mental health condition.\nAs
  part of the course participants will be encouraged to think about positiv
 e messages to support people with mental health conditions and challenge t
 he stigma that surrounds them.\nClasses are friendly and supportive and of
