SUMMARY:FACT: FACT: Cosmotechnics Closing Ritual
DESCRIPTION:\n\nJoin us for a special event where we’ll honour the offeri
ngs placed on Patricia Domínguez’s collective shrine in a symbolic clos
ing ritual.\n\nBOOK HERE\n\n\n\n\nPatricia Domínguez\, born and based in
Chile\, combines her research on plants\, resource extraction\, and healin
g practices to create sculptures\, videos\, and writings that imagine more
sustainable and compassionate ways of living. In Cosmotechnics\, Patrici
a presents two works side by side for the first time\, developed during h
er dual residency between CERN in Switzerland and the European Southern Ob
servatory (ESO) astronomy facilities in Chile. Tres Lunas Más Abajo (Thr
ee Moons Below) (2024) and Matrix Vegetal (2022) reflect Patricia’s o
ngoing exploration of the energy that connects all living things and objec
ts on Earth.\n\nAt the end of your exhibition visit\, Patricia invites you
to join in creating a shrine with offerings of local medicinal plants\, f
lowers\, and cherished objects.\n\nIn this special event\, we will honour
the offering’s placed on Patricia Domínguez’s collective shrine in a
symbolic closing ritual. With this gesture\, we will carry our wishes\, ex
periences\, and learning collected throughout the exhibition into the grea
 ter rhythms of our environment.\n\n
