 seminar will introduce participants to\n\n- Different approaches to making
  collaborative theatre.\n\n- The practicalities of co-creation and explore
  the ethics of making political art with marginalised individuals and grou
 ps.\n\nThe session will be led by Sarah Thornton. Sarah Thornton is Artist
 ic Director of Collective Encounters. She established the company in 2004 
 to make exciting\, collaborative theatre and explore its potential to cont
 ribute to social change. Her work with the company has drawn on her varied
  background which over the past 20 years has included applied work in dive
 rse community contexts\, devising and directing professional theatre\, uni
 versity lecturing and practice-as-research.\n\nThe event will take via Zoo
