 ills in this introductory one day course\, covering the basics of digital 
 cameras and an overview of Exposure and Composition with a practical works
 hop of People and Place.\n\nPhotography is an ever evolving practice of te
 chnical craft and creative flair. The basis of a good image lies i combini
 ng both the art and science. In this workshop we will aim to balance the t
 heory with practical.\n\nDon't forget your camera!\n\nTheory morning\n\nIn
  the classroom environment we will cover the basics of Exposure and Compos
 ition.\n\n 	Understanding digital files\n 	Exposure values. Aperture\, Shu
 tter Speed and ISO\n 	Sensor Metering\n 	Lens Focal Length\n 	Crop Factor\
 n 	Rule of Thirds\n\nPractical Afternoon\n\nIn the local environment of Li
 verpool city centre we will practice capturing People and Place.\n\n 	Port
 raits (natural and staged)\n 	Urban Landscape (wide and details)\n 	Street
  Photography (combining people in place)\n\nThis course allows anyone with
  the desire to take a goodphotograph the opportunity to improve their skil
 ls\, consolidate their knowledge and share experience in an open and creat
 ive environment.\n\nTutor: Bryn Davies\n\n\nBryn Davies is an award winnin
 g Fine Art Photographer\, accredited by the British Institute of Professio
 nal\n\nPhotography and current Photographer of the Year. Based locally\, B
 ryn has exhibited internationally and contributed to Liverpool festivals s
