DESCRIPTION:Join us on Thursday 22nd May\, from 6.30pm.\n\nat the Bluecoat\
 , School Lane\, Liverpool\n\nTickets £50\, click here to buy\n\nYour tic
 ket includes a welcome drink\, canapés and live music. Meet and chat with
  our talented local makers as they demonstrate techniques and talk about t
 heir work which is on show in the Bluecoat Display Centre.\n\nBuy a raffle
  ticket for the chance to win one of our fantastic prizes which include a 
 delicious tapas banquet with a bottle for wine for 2 at Lunya\, a £500 g
 ift voucher for David M Robinson Jewellery and a bespoke group workshop 
 with the renowned sculptor Emma Rodgers at her new studio in Port Sunlig
 ht plus many more.\n\nAt 7.30pm. there will be an auction with the unique
  opportunity to bid for a selection of beautiful art and craft led by auct
 ioneer Adam Partridge.\n\nLots will include the beautiful set of silver s
 poons\, illustrated here our header\, by the celebrated silversmith Stanle
 y Hill (1911-2007) and generously donated by his children Richard and Susa
 n. Stan was a founder member of the Bluecoat Display Centre in 1959 and wo
 rked from a studio at the Bluecoat from the 1960s until his ninetieth year
 . He sold over a thousand pieces of jewellery and silverware\, each one su
 perbly made and designed\, reflecting his exploration of simple geometrica
 l forms.\n\nAll funds raised will support our small charity to enable us t
 o continue to develop our Bluecoat based gallery which supports 300 indepe
 ndent makers as well as our community outreach work with partners includin
 g Clatterbridge Cancer Centre and Alder Hey Children’s hospital.\n\nW
