SUMMARY:Bloom: Bloom Building: Deviation: A Surreal Life Drawing Experience
  w. Rob Flynn
DESCRIPTION:https://www.eventbrite.com/e/deviation-a-surreal-life-drawing-e
xperience-w-rob-flynn-tickets-66033747717\n\nThis Event along with all Aug
ust workshops lead by Convenience Gallery at Bloom are £10 entry. Buying
in advance is advised.\n\nRob Flynn will lead\, Deviation: a Surreal Life
Drawing Experience\, a chance to change the way you approach Life Drawing.
\n\nAbout this Event\nDeviation: a Surreal Life Drawing Experience returns
after a gentrification imposed hiatus and inspired by the colourful surro
undings of our hosts\, the Bloom building\, we'll be calling on a multi-hu
ed being to beat away the banality. So make sure to bring your paints and
colouring pencils to capture the colours.\n\nDeviation aims to give people
the chance to draw models\, environments\, situations and installations w
hich offer different and interesting shapes\, textures and lighting that a
ren’t usually encountered within a normal life drawing class.\n\nThis se
ssion is brought to you by Robert Flynn\, a Liverpool based artist and pho
tographer. His work is influenced by the psychological\, the unconscious a
nd fantasies\, and by how they inform us. He creates work that explores th
ese elements by using a combination of sculpture\, costume\, new media and
installation. He is also one of the studio managers at ROAD Studios\, whe
re he curates exhibitions and projects.\n\nWe met Rob through our open cal
l\, and we are excited to bring back his superb Life Drawing classes to Bi
rkenhead. This is sure to be a great experience for everyone involved.\n\n
