The Garstang Festival of Archaeology, Classics and Egyptology is a celebration of the University of Liverpool Department and Garstang Museum past and present. For the first time, the Department is fully opening its doors to the public, giving people the opportunity to learn about and participate in the exciting research being carried out here within ACE.
The recording of archaeological objects is an essential part of the profession. Come along to our archaeological illustration taster class and learn the basics of this fundamental recording technique. You will get the chance to draw some real objects from the Garstang Museum.
Due to the technical nature of this activity, it is not suitable for young children.
