 America—a free family-oriented event\, taking place for the first time a
 t The Black-E\, one of Liverpool’s most iconic cultural venues. This vib
 rant gathering invites people of all ages to enjoy an enriching day filled
  with music\, dance\, crafts\, and Latin American food\, brought together 
 in a warm\, welcoming environment.\n\nOrganised by Luma Creations—Liverp
 ool’s leading Latin American arts and culture organisation—this specia
 l day is part of the wider La Feria Festival\, now recognised across the 
 North for its diverse and inclusive programming. The Community &amp\; Fami
 ly Day embodies the festival’s 2025 theme: Experience\, Belong\, Celebr
 ate\, offering opportunities for meaningful cultural exchange and communit
 y celebration.\n\nAttendees can enjoy an exciting line-up of live acts fro
 m both established performers and emerging community talent. This year’s
  programme includes the genre-blending sounds of Tocha Trio (Peru/UK/Ven
 ezuela)\, traditional choreography from Colibrí Mexican Folk Dance\, hig
 h-energy sets by DJ Muvelo (Costa Rica)\, and Grupo Rikcharishpa – ind
 igenous Kichwa Otavalo musicians from Ecuador\, promising a full day of rh
 ythm\, movement\, and celebration.\n\nLatin American cuisine takes centre 
 stage\, with a variety of street food stalls showcasing both classic and m
 odern dishes. From savoury specialities to sweet treats\, there’s someth
 ing to suit all palates. Meanwhile\, handmade crafts and artisan goods cre
 ated by Latin American traders and makers will be available to explore and
  purchase throughout the day.\n\nFor families and younger visitors\, drop-
 in creative sessions and interactive activities will be available\, encour
 aging hands-on participation and cultural discovery. The event will also h
 ighlight ongoing projects developed with community members\, including per
 formances and pieces nurtured throughout the year with Luma Creations’ s
 upport.\n\nMore than just a celebration\, A Taste of Latin America provi
 des an essential platform for Latin American individuals and families livi
 ng in the region. It’s a space to come together\, share experiences\, an
