22.5 hours per week (days negotiable)
Are you passionate about events? Do you want to work at an exciting venue? Do you want to gain paid work experience in an exciting and ever changing industry?
Working with the outgoing Events team, you will gain valuable work experience, skills and training required to further your career in the Event industry.
You will help support the day to day running of the Events team by providing high quality customer care and support with various exiting events that take place over the duration of role.
Other key responsibilities will include assisting the team with event administration, preparing for events welcoming customers to our venues and dealing appropriately with enquires and customer complaints. You will provide excellent customer service.
Applicants must be able to communicate clearly with people at various levels, work within an ever changing environment, and be computer literate and committed to providing high quality customer service as well as the ability to work as part of a team. In addition, applicants will have an interest in the arts, entertainment and events industry and ideally, educated to A’ Level standard or equivalent.
