doing something different CIC is very excited to be inviting you to a sound bath in our beautiful studio this Friday, a truly scrumptious experience!

On Friday evening we will be honouring World Sound Day, Valentine’s Day, and One Billion Rising by bringing together the utter gorgeousness of sound baths and the nurturing ceremonies of letting go of pain, affirming ourselves and moving into the new.

If you have experienced difficult un-loving relationships, are feeling the pain of a love lost, or simply want to bring more love into your life, then join us on Friday evening as we come together to bless each other and plant the seeds of our love filled lives.

The evening is being co-hosted by Wendy Ruddock who will be sharing with us the luxury of a sound bath, if you have never experienced a sound bath before then you really don’t want to miss this, lay back in comfort and bliss as Wendy weaves her magic with sound and stories and healing energy.

Throughout the evening doing something different will be bringing nurturing ceremony and affirmation to the experience, helping us to let go of that which is harming us, creating visions of what we want to call into our lives and planting foundations of self-love and compassion to take us forward.

doing something different CIC is a not-for-profit organisation, proceeds go back onto the work we do with people in crisis.
