Digital Marketing Officer, Floral Pavilion Theatre and Conference Centre

The Floral Pavilion and Conference Centre is a 814-seat venue offering a diverse range of shows including comedy, rock & pop, classical, opera along with family friendly shows and touring productions of West End quality shows.  The venue also offers space for Weddings, Conferences, Exhibitions and meetings and has extensive catering facilities including two bars, the Floral and Plaza Cafes along with pre-theatre dining in the Panoramic Lounge offering fantastic views over the Mersey Estuary.

Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Manager this post will be responsible for the management of all digital channels helping to ensure the Floral Pavilion achieves its business objectives of maximising income. The post holder will be responsible for the creation of content to ensure that the all the Floral Pavilion digital channels offer an engaging experience for customers and positively promote brand messages, to create and maintain a content plan to ensure that client and venue content is shared in a timely way, to tie in with events in both the venue and external calendars and to drive traffic to the website and encourage audience engagement with the Floral Pavilion content and brand. The role will also have responsibility for analysing and reporting on visitor flow to the venue’s social media pages and website and to devise new ways to market products in the most cost effective way.

The role requires a graduate with substantial experience working in a marketing and e-commerce environment with a good understanding of sales and how to generate and maximise income.
