Spot On Lancashire, working with a team of young Lancashire librarians, are commissioning a brand new piece of digital art to be showcased across libraries and village halls in October/November then published on the new Spot on Website digital gallery thereafter.
We seek artists companies and collaborators to apply for the £4500 commission by 1 July.
The theme is ‘Lancashire’. We are seeking something that records, reflects or challenges all or a tiny element of Lancashire and resonates with audiences across the county and beyond.
We are open ideas.
