dot-art is to open a new gallery space at Queen Avenue, in the heart of Liverpool’s commercial district. The space will become dot-art’s new permanent home, opens on Friday 12 February 2016 with an exhibition “Dear Liverpool”, showcasing the work of 18 talented artists from the local area.
