Create positive and lasting change in your organisation
You want to find out more about Change Creation…we’re delighted.
Funded by Arts Council England, this is a new opportunity for senior leaders from the cultural sector like you, to be actively engaged in Change Creation, to increase reliance, grow confidence and realise significant and tangible changes that will have a lasting impact on people, organisations, audiences and participants, and the cultural sector.
We are now looking for 25 organisations, with compelling plans for change, to take part in this two year programme. Successful organisations will benefit from a hothouse of support, with 1:2:1 mentoring, change management consultancy, change leadership training, workshops, resources, bespoke research, masterclasses … it’s the equivalent value of £13,100. Much more than this, you will be working with some of the most renowned and respected leaders from the sector, be supported by industry experts and become part of a vibrant change creation community, making a difference in your organisation and across the cultural sector.
Information about Change Creation, the criteria, the application form and how to apply (it’s easy), the detail of the programme, the resources, skills and support you will benefit from, what we are looking for and FAQs can all be found here.
Arts and cultural organisations, large and small, are invited to apply. Closing date for applications is 17 July so please make sure you take this opportunity to find out if Change Creation is for you.
If you would like to talk through your ideas and discuss your plans, please join us on a scheduled conference call or come to one of our Information Days. We’d love to talk to you, hear about your change vision and learn about your organisation’s plan to deliver lasting and transformational change.

Not sure if Change Creation is for you?
Change Creation is one of four strands funded by Arts Council England, as part of the Building Resilience Programme. The strands are designed to provide different kinds of support and focus and each organisation can only make one application, so make sure you know which strand is the best for your organisation.
