To help us with this commitment, we are looking for an Interim STEM Engagement Officer to join us at The Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester, working as part of our STEM Ambassador Hub on a fixed term contract until March 2018.
In this role, you will support our current STEM Engagement Officers towards their targets, making a continued impact on educational groups region-wide, using your strong communication skills to link STEM Ambassadors with teachers, advising how to improve the provision of STEM for young people.
You will use your experience of working with young people, in volunteering or in a specialist STEM role, having engaged with schools and young people, working as part of a diverse team to develop and plan learning experiences or programmes.
