Making Sense of Art: The City of Liverpool College in partnership with Tate Liverpool

Duration: 8 weeks/6 hours per week. Week beginning 14th September until the week beginning 16th November (it will be an 8 week teaching run with a break of half-term in between).
Cost: Free

It will be offered from two centres:
Course Option 1: Tues 10-1pm (The Florrie and Tate Liverpool) beginning September 15th 2015
Course Option 2: Wed 12-3pm (Vauxhall Road and Tate Liverpool) beginning September 16th 2015

If you are over 19 and have never taken part in a course before or even if you have, come along bring your friends, meet new people and get involved! No previous experience or knowledge of art is required for this unique, introductory course.

• You will take part in visits to the Tate Liverpool, workshops and group discussions led by local artist Kevin Hunt.

• We will introduce you to the Tate collection, artists and art making.

• You will learn new skills along the way and have the option to get an entry level 2 ASDAN qualification, worth six credits.
