SPILL YER TEA is an accessible and all inclusive new experimental scratch night based in Liverpool. It is presented by DRIP; an artist led platform supporting the creation and presentation of new and exciting Live Art and Performance Art works in the North West.
SPILL YER TEA has been established to provide an open supportive platform for emerging and established artists, students and graduates and collectives and groups to share new artwork that is either ready-to-go, or is in its developmental stages.
We operate a flexible programming schedule; meaning that we are able to facilitate shorter works, but also those dealing with elements of duration and endurance. We welcome works from live artists that incorporate other disciplines such as sound, installation and sculpture. All work presented will be followed by feedback and an optional Q&A with the audience.
The platform is unfunded / artist led. We will be suggesting a £5.00 entry fee on the door, however any individuals experiencing financial hardship will not be turned away. Proceeds will be used to pay for venue hire and all additional profit will be equally shared between artists presenting work at the event.
If you are interested in sharing your work at our August SPILL YER TEA event, sign up below before July 1st 2019.
