statement:

I am a full time artist and I make my living by selling my work on Ebay and my website. I have been selling my faery and fantasy artwork on Ebay since early 2003.
Born and educated in Liverpool, I have developed a growing reputation as a fantasy artist and illustrator and have always been fascinated by the worlds of myth and legend. My work is sold world-wide as gift products and licensed items. As well as licensing my work, I also produce illustrations for various companies in the UK for products such as figurines and pottery. My work is published in many magazines including, Pentacle Magazine, my work was also published in the ‘How to Draw and Paint Fairies’ publication. As well as selling my work online, I currently exhibit in UK galleries and my new book is due to be published in 2009 entitled ‘The Enchanted World of Faerywoods’. |

Future projects include potential inclusion in Linda Ravenscroft’s How to Draw and Paint Faeries and a collaboration with her partner, Kevin Cowdall; whose children’s poetry book, The Land of Dreams, she will illustrate. | |

exhibitions:

She has participated in a number of exhibitions, including Warrington Library, Liverpool Central College and Warrington Museum and Art Gallery. Michelle’s work is amongst the first to be exhibited at the newly opened South Bohemia Art Gallery, Liverpool. |
