Slow Magic and Real Magic at the Bluecoat

Had a quick look round the Slow Magic exhibition at the Bluecoat on Thursday, looks really good, we’ll have to go back soon. There’s a talk by one of the artists, Vincent Falsetta, at noon tomorrow (Saturday 1 August 2009) which should be interesting. There’s more talks and activities in the weeks ahead.

At the Private View there was a real Magician, I didn’t catch his name but he was amazing. I think he’ll be there every day for an hour in the afternoon.

Slow Magic  at the Bluecoat

  1. Hi Ian,
The Magician’s name was Simon Southerin. He’ll be at the Bluecoat throughout the summer as part of our Explore activities. Families can just drop in anytime between 12 – 4pm and make their own art with the help of our artists and volunteers.
