Despite the cancellation of a couple of festivals there’s still plenty of others here in Liverpool.
Yesterday’s Liverpool Children’s Festival was a great success, even the sun was shining which is a good job as there was a beach created near the fountain and several outdoor activities in William Brown street, St John’s Gardens and St George’s Plateau.
There were dancers and stilt walkers, pavement artists, break-dancers, jugglers etc. etc.
Also inside the World Museum there were graffiti artists, mask making and other crafts workshops and a chance to check out progress on the giant that is being made for the 800th birthday pageant.
A great day for the kids.
