Liverpool Town Hall is open to the public again until 28 August 2009. You can take a tour around the famous old building and even go onto the balcony where many famous people (Beatles, Football Teams, Prime Ministers etc.) have stood to wave to their adoring fans.
Whilst you’re there you can also have a look at this exhibition of works by four good local artists. Jim Connolly’s photographs, Tony Evans metal sculptures, paintings by Christine Enright and more photographs by Jon Grieve.
The show is dedicated to the memory of Frank Hendry the popular artist who died recently. Its a good show in splendid surroundings, take a look.
